For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement to fulfil is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

4.2 Other Promotions

Subject to specific conditions, offers such as weekly reload gifts, slot festival bonuses, cricket season special offers, birthday celebration rewards and referral rewards are available. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period, which must be checked before claiming the offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using any strategy to exploit the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts, using bots or placing opposing bets — is completely prohibited. If such activity is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.1 Technical Errors

Any results, payouts or bonuses displayed incorrectly due to a software or server error will be considered void. In such situations, jay 99's decision is final.

5.3 Betting Limits

jay 99's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

VIP level assignment is at the platform's discretion. jay 99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel VIP benefits based on a member's activity or conduct.

• Delays caused by errors on the part of third-party payment processors
• Loss of account security due to the member's own negligence

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jay 99's total liability is limited to the balance then held in the member's account.

Any dispute or complaint should first be reported to our support team. jay 99 will review all complaints within a reasonable time and communicate its decision.

Time limit for raising a dispute: disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted. In disputes regarding gaming results, server logs and technical records will be treated as final evidence.
